I agree with most of what you say but the fact remains that either Bush or Gore will be the next one appointing judges. And it is also a fact that Democrats in general are worse than Republicans on practically every issue you raise. In my opinion this year a vote for anyone except Bush (or Nader but I can imagine you voting for him) is tantamount to a vote for Gore. Staying home is tantamount to a vote for Gore. If you want Gore to be the next President vote for him, if not, the only viable option is Bush.

Unfortunately my favorite candidate (and probably yours), Harry Browne, has absolutely ZERO chance of winning a single electoral vote and even less chance of winning a majority of electoral votes. A vote for Harry is a vote for Gore. I will NOT vote for Gore.
