Robert, Fez, and others:

Looks like the expected terms of the GCTR IPO value Global Center at about $5 bln. Seems awfully low given EXDS currently having a market cap of more than $22 bln based on fully diluted shares outstanding. DIGX, which is a quality company but quite a bit smaller than GCTR, has a $5 bln mkt cap. Is the $5 bln for GCTR because it is a tracking stock rather than the alternative? It seems to me that this IPO is all about raising more money, $1 bln in this case, and little about defining the value of the Global Crossing separate businesses for purposes of having GBLX total entity valued for the sum of its parts.
