Cisco's stock dropped 50% in a month in 1994, partially due to some analysts' "spinning". I was there and bought the shares like a maniac - even considered pawning my engagement ring for extra liquidity <ggg>. (Just kidding) I am all for CEOs and CFOs speaking like it is and no "spinning" whatsoever. Ibexx
