I scaled back into the market yesterday with a light short position, and aggressively expanded it today. Focus issues are B2C and B2B names, some of which have moved up 50% to 100% off their lows. Pigs can fly when the markets rally. The bond market is behaving well, so one needs to consider that when being short, but we appear to be at the upper end of the trading range for both the Nasdaq and the S&P. I'm still holding onto the theory that I should operate on an OB/OS basis, and the fakeout movements from the high-flyers like PMCS suggest perhaps a continuation of this strategy. Rainier
