No one is going to actually buy CDNW because of its stand alone business, which is horrible, they are targeting the people who use their website to shop to steer them to their own online business. It will be difficult for the acquirer to monetize this crowd, thus, I don't think the offer will be much for CDNW, and possibly too low for the shareholders' liking. There are lots of rich "paper" suckers out there willing to trade their paper for CDNW paper at the right price. A cash deal is highly unlikely.
