From today's SEC Digest: CEASE AND DESIST PROCEEDINGS SETTLED AGAINST EDWARD WILLIAMSON On June 13, the Commission entered an Order against Edward Williamson ordering him to cease and desist from committing or causing any violations and any future violations of the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws and barring Williamson from participation in penny stock offerings. In his Offer, Williamson, without admitting or denying the findings, consents to the issuance of an Order by the Commission which finds that on or about October 1, 1996, Williamson transferred $4,375 to a broker-dealer which was undisclosed compensation for the previous purchases of 36,000 shares of OMAP Holdings Inc. at approximately $0.50 to $0.625 per share by the broker-dealer.
