I received a 4/21/97 letter (form) from Holleran which I assume all shareholders also received. Nothing new that we already didn't know. He is simply paraphrasing mgmt strategy and confirming their "yield no ground" re: the Dolgoff suit. Basically is also promising to keep shareholders posted of their progress and explaining why their "startup/shipments" have not been the gangbusters for which we'd hoped. Kinda like morale boosting! Other thread opinions appreciated as this area has been extremely quiet. PS. I also received notice of the 5/23/97 finalizing of the original part of the Dolgoff directorship BS hearing announcement. Basic boilerplate.
