Caveat, Excellent link on "Wine". Never really understood it before, and had the same mistaken belief that it was an emulator. However, I'm encouraged that performance issues are not in question, but merely the amount of APIs that are supported. Given that one of the conditions of the MSFT breakup is the full sharing of Windows coding and APIs, I can that the project has promise. Especially since it is an open source endeavor. MSFT will be forced to eventually share the secrets of its Windows O/S, permitting full support of all APIs. Once again, thank you very much. This is encouraging from CORL's perspective and I eventually see them completely migrating WP2000 completely to Linux. Regards, Ron
