Roger, not to change the subject, but is the eToys funding announced yesterday a floorless? I'm a little tired tonight, so I may have missed something in my quick look, but it looks like it to me. See the "Conversion Price" definition in the designation in the 8-k. Also, the Reg. Rights Agmt calls for all the new securities to be registered in 45 days. Thoughts? Bob
