Pat, I am disappointed in you. When you first joined the MRVC thread, I was excited as I knew of your reputation for indepth knowledge and expertise in the companies you followed.

You participated in a good run, then left suddenly and missed more than another double. Now after a huge drop, the stock is back to more than it was when you left. I never quite understood why you left, except that you felt that Noam was not forthcoming with information. That seems to be the company's culture and it no doubt has turned off a lot of investors.

I hate to say this, but this latest post sounds somewhat like sour grapes. Why else take potshots and snipe at MRVC now that you are gone? Enjoy your gains and move on.

As far as not understanding the company, the following report by Chet White may help and answer some of your questions about financing, partners, and products.

And btw, the optical division has been renamed Luminent, has been strengthened with recent acquisitions that added technology, personnel, and manufacturing capacity, and is scheduled to file for an IPO within the next couple of months.

Keep an eye out for announcements in the next 6-9 months and you may discover why quite a number of us are still bullish on the company.
