DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 2000--Citizens Capital Corp. (OTCBB:CAAP - news) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Desoto, Texas-based Taylor Printing & Graphics Co., which shall be integrated into the Media Force Signs Graphics & Media division of its Media Force Sports & Entertainment Inc. subsidiary.
``Today we have reached a very important plateau in our development, we have become operational, launched our acquisition program and acquired an initial revenue stream all at once. Our Media Force Signs Graphics & Media division will provide an excellent retail platform from which to expand. We shall continue to be on the active lookout for those strategic acquisition opportunities which add value for our shareholders,'' said Citizens Capital President Billy D. Hawkins.
``Moreover, the development stage activities of the various products and/or services offered by each of our current subsidiaries has been completed. We anticipate that these products and/or services shall be introduced into their respective market segments as the opportunity to do so presents itself. In order to facilitate quickened deployment of our new product roll out and corporate acquisition program, we intend to begin evaluating several investment banks, pension funds and insurance companies regarding the private placement of up to $2 million in short-term, convertible debentures,'' Hawkins said.
