KDUS brings sexy prospectus fodder to the table. This "wait for the decision" stance is silly. If one wants to sell the technology and if the OSI stance on the Solvay project was not BS (called into question by the Merck license??), then take it to Europe!! Unbelievable how passive this process has been and seems to be.
