Real rates...lets get real...higher rates from the Fed are gunna slow this steam ship to a crawl...just what the doctor ordered. The Inflation spike is just that...we've been due for years and finally it has come....did people really think we'd be buying 1$ gasoline for another 10 years??? On the other side...do you think 3$ Gas will last long???
