Merrill Lynch analyst lists INPR as a value play in a recent interview with thestreet.com.

Not that it is any surprise to me.
1. Positive cash flow
2. Near break-even earnings
3. $4 in cash
4. Great technology and products

Now if we only had some management that knew what to do with all this. Over the 4 years that I have been investing in Inprise/Borland, I've witnessed some pretty poor decisions by the Board of Directors. They canned Wetzel before he even had a chance to do anything, they hired Del for way too much money (he's still being paid a salary after being fired last year), changed the name of the company to Inprise, which nobody has EVER heard of and most recently voted unanimously to approve a merger with Corel.

Even with all of that, I'm more optimistic than ever that we may finally see some sustainable growth in earnings and share price. I'd be even more optimistic if we brought in some directors that could make good decisions.
