On Page 6 of the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders (for 5/29/97), a white pamphlet is the info: Dan Lee (was VP & CFO of Microtek before Isolyser acquired it in 9/96) 1996: $150,000 salary $100,000 bonus 1995 (for Microtek) $150,000 salary $100,000 bonus Lester Berry: (also director & officer of Microtek) 1996: $150,000 salary $100,000 bonus 1995 (for Microtek) 150,000 salary $75,000 bonus *"Compensation earned by Lee & Berry is based upon compnesation plans of Microtek as these individuals were executive officers of Microtek prior to the Microtek Acquisition on Sept. 1, 1996
