"You know, SUNW also charges for service as well, but people pay for it because they know it's worth it." Very true. It will be interesting to see if this changes. With rock-solid Windows 2000 Server stability, unbeatable SQLServer performance, and a MUCH lower TCO than other solutions, people may start spending thousands/millions less to get a better solution from Microsoft than Sun/Oracle. For this to happen, word just has to spread about this solution.
