absolutely...however, i would use a mental trailing stop nevertheless. the 120-130 area presents some resistance, and it could be that the most recent reaction high will become a pivot point again...that was slightly below 125. note that price has pivoted twice at that point already, the first time when the last correction before the final up-leg was made, and the second time on the correction of the first down leg.
you can see this clearly on the chart. one must keep in mind that although it's possible that the market will make an upside break from the recent consolidation zone, various sentiment indicators are in extreme territory again. so when it reverses, it will likely be swift and violent again.
anyway, most e-wavers are projecting at least 4000 as a near term target for the NAZ...if that comes to pass, your target should be reached easily.
