Dorian's address in his form 144 looks like a commercial district.

A phone directory check turned up the following businesses at the 11338 Kenyon Way:
Donut Inn, Daisy Nails, Postal Annex.

Nearby buildings are the home to other small retail stores, as well as law offices, dental offices, and the like.

I would guess that Dorian will soon need another business opportunity. Do you suppose he can sell enough shares of HITT to buy a donut shop?
