telecomguy, What is your purpose for posting your inconsequential opinions when LU is down? Are you short LU? Otherwise it makes no sense since you have absolutely 0 insight into LU unless it is from a the view of a rival. That view is useless. Optical sales are ramping up rapidly. the news of this wireless deal is very encouraging. the spin-off of the enterprise business increases the actual growth rate of the remaining pieces to greater than 20%. (any idiot of a writer would have been able to figure that out unless they have an agenda). Lightreading is anti-LU and has been from its' launch. Requoting comments from Levy (Levy is a sheep) is not exactly original. He has been proven wrong time after time with LU (both ways). Shitting on LU because of an optical acquisition after all of LU's competitors have been doing the same also smells of having an agenda. NT has always been strong in optical networking yet has spent billions more on new start-ups. The only thing that I have a problem with at LU at this point is that politics is winning or technology... tp
