In regards, to the link below which links to XLA's CEO rebuttal, it was in response to Christopher Byron's article, where he raised issues about the # of shares outstanding and ownership questions, I believe. And I think he wrote about them once before. I have a hardcopy of the first article, but not the second one. For whatever asinine reason, MSNBC is the only news site I know of that doesn't archive its content, so the URL is dead. Can someone cut and paste it here or have a valid link?
