What could possibly be in those boxes? A lot of hot air, I suppose. That size probably obviates the opportunity to find it posted on the Web. I'm looking forward to seeing some interviews of the lawyers regarding their logic of appealing to the full court. "Dear Court, the panel of three judges you gave us really screwed up so would the rest of you bozos please reconsider?" I wouldn't think that would go over well. Maybe they're just looking for Elian's stay in the US to be extended and figured this was the easiest way to do that. If I were JM, I'd be heading for the US's back door. Karen
