Earlie... Speaking of sucking sounds....Charlie Schwab has been dumping some serious cash into the Kona real estate market. His exit strategy is being built on 3 adjoining lots at the 4 Seasons as we speak. He picked up 3 side by side 1/2 acre lots for a cool 12 million and his having his monument to foolish day traders built there. -g- He also picked up a 1,000 acre subdivision property. He's making 30%, but it's not on Wall St. this year!
