Your post said that the lead underwriter was Morgan Stanley & Co.

But when I checked with Yahoo / Reuters:

... it said (at the bottom) that "Merrill Lynch & Co. is
the lead underwriter of the Rambus IPO, which will give
the company a market cap of roughly $236 million. Hambrecht
& Quist Inc and Robertson Stephens & Co are co-underwriters."

Could you possible clear this up. Who is the lead
underwater .... Merrill or Morgan????
