If anyone still have June 75 options for MSFT---
If the appeals court issues a stay on the interim conduct for MSFT this evening or tomorrow, the stock should take off on the news. They will probably want to rule before their jurisdication is lost on Monday or Tuesday. They also realize that MSFT might be in limbo unable to get a stay on the interim measures that were to take effect in 90 days. That could persuade them to take action today or tomorrow. In any case, I believe they will do it before Jackson has a chance to send it to the Supreme Court.

If that stay is granted before Jackson's push to the case to the Supreme Court Monday or Tuesday, MSFT could easily go up $5, IMHO.
It makes me want to pick up June 75s and not sell my current position. It could be like a lottery, very cheap options that could pay off big.
(Sort of like the JDSU June 100s<g>)

BTW--In the event they don't rule on a "stay", i will be picking up July 80s late tomorrow afternoon as I expect something shortly afterwards.
