Yaacov, about 10 years ago Japan was a very hot spot for investing and at the time I was using a vehicle called the Fidelity Overseas Fund. The market on the Pacific rim had soared over 30,000 but has retreated substantailly and I have not been invested there for many years. What is your opinion of Dell computer as opposed to Compaq Frank
