Okay, pottycat. Go haul out the Neopoint prospectus and look for the 5 patents that QCOM licensed from IDCC for $5.5 million in 1994. 2 of those patents do not reference ANY QCOM patents in any way, shape or form.

THEN, go to gbtwireless.com and look up the credentials of Donald L. Schilling. Look up his spread spectrum paper trail that dates all the way back to 1960. Look at his Communications textbooks and then look at his 50+ predominantly CDMA patents at SCS, IDC and GBT. Got that?
