Gary, we do appreciate your posting this information - well done!
Let's keep up posting any info you may have, it sure doesn't hurt
to have it in writing, that way we don't have seven hundred different
interpretations of what was said on the telephone - everyone can
read it themselves.

I am sure that there will be a lot of comments and questions - I just
got home from work, so I will re-read and digest.
