Earnings Grow 42% Over Previous Quarter Revenue Reaches $11 Million in First Quarter
GARDEN GROVE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2000-- Dense-Pac Microsystems, Inc. (Nasdaq:DPAC - news) today
reported record financial results for the first quarter ended May 31, 2000.
The Company reported revenue of $10,980,000, an increase of $4,940,000 or 82 percent over the first quarter of the previous
fiscal year. Net income for the quarter increased to $1,230,000 or $0.06 per diluted share compared to $203,000 or $0.01 per
diluted share for the first quarter of the previous year. The current quarter's net income also represents a 42 percent sequential
increase over the previous quarter's net income of $865,000 or $0.04 per diluted share. |
