This is my first post on Silicon Investor. I run my own market commentary newsletter and website at swingtradingonline.com and am thinking of putting out CHST as a short pick. I never really paid much attention to Silicon Investor boards, but after reading the book Scam Dogs & Mo-Mo Mamas thought I'd take a look at the AnthonyPacific thread. Neat to see the truthseeker fella mentioned in the book here and even more interesting to see a thread dedicated to CHST!

It caught my attention a few days ago when I read the PR release about how they aren't paying anyone to tout the stock. The stock reminds me a lot of one I was following last year called Widecom(WIDE). WIDE was one of the sleaziest companies I have ever seen. More sleazier than this one. But there was a similar runup. Take a look at WIDE charts from a year ago. It ran up from about $1 to $10 over a few weeks on very low volume. Like CHST, WIDE had warrants, private placement, and market makers keeping the stock up.

The key to both stocks is in the question when can the warrants be exercised and when is the private placement with insider shares going to be dumped on to the public.
Once this happened with WIDE, the stock collapse and the same will happen with this one. In a few months it will be in the low teens. Until the big selling comes in though the institution with the warrants will have a vested interest in keeping this stock pumped up. That's why you are seeing the big buy orders on INCA.

Well, I'd like to know when the big selling is going to happen. I tried to call Creative Hosts investor relations deparment today. Called the company and they gave me another number to called - that of Continential Capital. Once I called them they told me to talk with Patrick Shane. Well he wasn't there and I ended talking to someone else. They didn't know much. Guy didn't know what a warrant was. I said I was interested in buying the stock but wanted to make sure I was going to do it before the private placement got on the market. He didn't know what that was either and referred me to insider buy and sell transactions already posted. I've found when you try to find out real information about stuff like this you usually get the run around from the companies and their proxies.
