Basically two 50 gallon drums welded end to end and cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Hinges added. Mount on a trailer, add a rotisserie and pull out racks for the charcoal. Put on a pig, dressed of course and cook for 8 to 12 hours. Basting and beer are needed. A little sauce and it's great. Again I envy you.
