They will this time because Jackson has already admitted in one of his infamous interviews that he didn't put any thought into the remedy. He said he wasn't qualified and he let the DOJ come up with it. He said why not, that's what they did in World War II, Japan didn't get to have any say in their remedy, Japan lost the war.

That is basically what he said and it proves his incompetence, his reliance on the DOJ for the remedy and his hate of MSFT (ie. the enemy).

Good luck Jackson, you are going down.
