David, A trip to the woodshed does seem in order.. How could BORL employees have any respect for their management? He tried to sell them out to a third rate company. His only excuse is he tried to appease the BOD (his employer). Get rid of that BOD and see if he's willing to stay. If he is, why? Who needs a suck up out to enrich himself? Tom
