Just typical of ICN's attempt to increase stockholder value!! Please tell me how our value will be increased when one of the spinoffs will not be traded in the US, or is that spinoff going to valueless anyway. Just what I always wanted to do, open a brokerage account in Moscow.

So far the increase in stockholder value has been a NEGATIVE 20%. Maybe the board and the 7.5% partners will retract this stupid action. Shareholder lawsuits are just what this company needs more of.
