Something seems ROTTEN at H&Q. I'll never trust them again. OT, but maybe not. Conexant plunged yesterday due to a opinion of an analyst that they might miss their quarter due to soft PC modem sales. Another analyst later spoke to Conexant's CFO who stated that their was no slowness and that they would meet quarter. Stock shot back up today. Guess which firm the first (negative) analyst was stated to work for? Yep, Chase H&Q.
