Art Bechoefer. Quite willing to write complaint to SEC. The question is, what exactly has Ed Snyder done that borders on being illegal.
I see:
1)large put purchases on 6/15 followed by various negative statements by ED Snyder.
2) He interprets Korea's termination of subsidies as very negative whereas other analysts see them as harmeless due to increased Korean exports. THIS DOESN't APPEAR TO BE ILLEGAL.
3) He emphasizes China as arriving slow with low QCOM participation whereas other analysts simply say China is excluded from their estimates. THIS DOESN"T APPEAR TO BE ILLEGAL.
4) Snyder is very negative on QCOM---but he has always been that way. THIS DOESN't APPEAR TO BE ILLEGAL.
5) He repeats the negative message again and again on CNBC. But, this couldn't be illegal because CNBC picked him to appear.

He simply does an excellent knife job based on his opinion which is expressed in terms of generalities--he didn't make up things that were untrue--he simply took current events and put a very negative twist on them.

Art, I certainly am not defending the jerk, but please tell me in your opinion, where he has crossed the line.

If he hasn't then perhaps we should take up the subject if incometence with his employer, Chase H & Q. I realize that many thing he is just doing the bidding of this employer here.
