Doc, about a week ago my broker suggested he could tender my shares, and that could be done up until June 29th. I'm going for it, but told him I didn't want the stock locked up till then. He as going to check and tender them as long as it could be withdrawn, otherwise he was waiting till the last possible day as he led me to believe we don't get the TEF shares till the end of the month. As far as TEF being a no brainer, your guess is as good as mine, but I like what I see at this point. As far as I know Warren plans on taking the shares, but he may have changed his mind along the way. Hawaii now only has one meaning to me...a place I plan on vacationing within the next couple years<g>. It is done, and I've issued internal orders to erase the tapes. regards, sf
