SCON is already experiencing pricing pressure.

Here it is from the SEC 10Q filing on 5/1/00.

"However, the average sales price of our SuperFilter(R) systems
have decreased due to competitive pricing pressures"

Already experiencing pricing pressure for such a hot technology where demand is hot? Is that why they had to include that bundle of about 1 million ridiculously low strike warrants to US Cellular?

Another thought came to my head, as I contemplated why this stock's price is so outrageous. SCON's year over year revenue growth is absolutely horrid, at something in the neighborhood of 10%, even with their sweetened warrant-filled filters.

Now, all I've been hearing is how hot wireless is, and all the growth in that sector, how come this turd could barely increase year over year revenues? And why the pricing pressure? If these filters are so hot, why lower the price as the costs have been rising? They're losses grew from $2.6 M to $3.8 M, which is much more than their revenue growth. It makes no microeconomic sense to lower the price when demand is rising, unless there is already a ton of supply, and that's not the case. Maybe the demand isn't so hot.

This stock stinks all over. What a POS.
