A rattlesnake shake is an event of its own. Many times we see the markets dip around 3:30 eastern for no good reason. On up days you can see the nasdaq give up 50% of its gains in minutes. No news no nothing to drive the market down. People assume profit taking or some news they don't know about so they panic sell. About that time the market starts to rebound and the seller is left holding the bag. The only defense for this is a watchful eye and an iron gut. Today when the gloodicator said sell I wondered about the possibility of a rattlesnake shake. The nas seemed to be selling off too quickly. About 2:40 we started back up and closed fine. For those who sold they were bitten by the mighty rattler MM. Using my gloopdicator I was one of those bitten <g>. It happens
