Anand, Before I go full-margin on this, can somebody with a cool head and knowledge of the memory industry look at that new release and tell us what can go wrong now? It is important to remember that Toshiba already has a close relationship with Rambus. Toshiba manufactures the Emotion engine for PS2. Rambus has a history of trading stock for favors, so until the details come out, this may not be all that it seems. The lawsuits will still have to go to court, and Toshiba may come out of this looking very silly. Scumbria
