Pinnacle Smart Card to Offer FastRewards, Enabling Cardholders To Earn
Points Redeemable for Electronic Coupons

CLEAR WATER, Fla., Jun 15, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Fast PayCheck Advance of
Florida Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Business Management (OTCBB:PCBM),
today announced FastRewards(SM), a new feature of its smart card program for Fast
PayCheck customers. Participation in FastRewards is free and enables cardholders to earn
one point for every dollar they spend online paying bills, making purchases and loading
electronic cash to their smart cards through the new Fast PayCheck "home page" being
jointly developed with SmartNexus, PCBM's smart card services provider.
FastRewards will be offered to both "instant issue" and "full-service" cardholders at online,
self-service kiosks and via cardholder PCs with Internet access, equipped with optional card
readers. The cards will automatically link to the new Fast PayCheck "home page" being
designed with smart card users in mind. There, the cardholders can register for the program,
view FastRewards point balances, browse the coupon catalogue and barter points for other
rewards offered by SmartNexus.
FastRewards will also include electronic coupons for product and store discounts exclusively
available to program participants as sponsored by local, regional and national retailers. Since
the Fast PayCheck smart card is designed for individuals who are money conscious and
exercise considerable care in their day-to-day spending choices, the FastRewards electronic
coupon offerings are designed to reflect those interests. Retailers who are Chamber of
Commerce members will have the advantage in making these rewards available, based upon
the special relationships being built between the CityNexus business unit of SmartNexus
and chambers across the country.

The FastRewards points that cardholders have earned are good for one year from the last
day of the calendar year in which they were earned.
