Dear HT: The author is leaving out an important piece IMHO. I have just forgotten the exact numbers but the SUNW service for storage is growing astronomically, I think they said they are presently managing (overseeing) the storage for 20 Petabytes of storage around the World (something like 160 countries) and they showed on a big monitor how they can provide 24/7 service to all this equipment from one site. I may not have everything exact here but the point is their Service business now EXCEEDS one billion $$ a year. Wish you people would go watch that demo. Lots of pretty bells and whistles with lights flashing and all. JDN
