Haim: Yes, I've been doing lots of research for an elderly neighbor re: the reverse mortgage. What a rape job in terms of rates (variable) and fees. Does anyone here know of a lender offering a fixed rate reverse mortgage that doesn't require PMI? (imagine a PMI requirement for a mortgage that's impossible for the borrower to default on!) TIA
