After listening to much of the Commerce subcommittee hearing on H.R. 3125 and reading the posts on Yahoo, I'm unsure if the hearing was favorable or unfavorable.

I do know that existing laws only cover domestic gaming and aren't fully enforced. So I continue with my belief that H.R. 3125 will be unenforceable for both technological and legal reasons. Internet gaming is inevitable, and H.R. 3125 will just drive the industry offshore.
