That article made my stomach hurt. I loved the part about blaming the plaintiff's lawyer for not calling to remind them to appeal. Yeah, right. A recent opponent of mine argued that I should have explained to him why his complaint was defective before filing a dispositive motion when it was too late for him to amend it. I guess no one is ever at fault for his or her own mistakes. M
