Richard, I think they've been holding off on news reports until the market picks up. I believe this is so because it's exactly what has happened in regards to their private placement. They haven't actually cancelled it, they've just postponed it for now. The reason for all this activity over the past couple of weeks is that John Kaiser has put out a couple of reports on BAY recommending it as a buy. Other than that I think we'll just have to sit tight. Good luck Mark
