Blake: I agree with your assessment completely. There may be provisos in the new deal that if the Rambus DDR patent claims are invalidated the deal is renegotiated. Who knows, at this point. But, right now Toshiba made a hell of a business decision to bite the bullet and get moving. Short term Rambus clearly wins. Long term? It is still hard to say.

But I will take short term.
