I think it is fall out from the pressure being applied to COVD.

09:22 ET Covad Comms (COVD) 25 1/4: --Update-- Company expects BlueStar acquisition to lower 2000 line growth to roughly 330% and reduce 2001 line growth to roughly 150%... COVD shares now off 22% in pre-market to $19 5/8.
