Richard, They have been advised by their lawyers that Rambus is on solid ground with their patents. To continue to infringe on Rambus will just create a bigger problem down the road. Better to put this issue behind them and move forward without any further concerns about future litigation. It's that simple. Is this your opinion, or do you have inside information about this?
