Not according to the Christian religion. The Commandments are the word of God. Moses doesn't command us, God does. Remember, God appeared in a burning bush, and commanded Moses to write down what God told him? It's the literal word of God, who appeared to Moses, literally, and literally spoke to Moses. A lot of the Bible is revelation, but not the Commandments. Similarly, God spoke to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
