Inflation is getting worse this year. The core rate is rising and the absolute rate is much higher. Higher in fact then its been in 9 years! The governments number are understating it - no question - but not the trend. bls.gov Next month when the numbers come out showing the energy price inflation, higher transportation costs what will "they" say then?
